Custom Designs Order Terms

Design Fees

If the customer does not have a design file: they will be charged:

Full Design fee of *$50 to digitize embroidery file or to create shirt design/logo.

*This fee is only applied to Print logos that have to be created from the ground up. Once the file is created or edited it, it belongs to the customer after payment of services has been rendered.  If the logo is print ready, no charge is added.  The same rules apply to embroidery files.*

 

Digital Design or High Resolution Photo

* We do not print copyrighted business logos or photos by professional photography agencies unless the customer can show proof of copyright release giving them permission to use the property.*

* We do not print photos containing questionable subject matter (no nudity, sexual content, provocative scenes, and abuse in any context to include foul language).  If the customer sends a photo that is prohibited, print services will be denied.*

Payment for Quotes

Orders with over 20  items that require customization will receive special bulk pricing detailed in the quote.  A link to pay for their order will be sent to include the one time Design Fee if it applies.

Once payment is complete, a receipt will be sent out to the customer.  Communication is key and support will be there every step of the way to ensure a smooth process.

Returns

Due to the uniqueness of custom designs, all sales are final.
